Shipping Policy
Velmmar partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers. Velmmar only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
We require between 2 and 3 working days to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility.
We offer free shipping on all of our orders, No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking:
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@velmmar.com within 3 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
