Refund & Return Policy

RETURN PERIOD: We offer a 14-day return policy, during which the customer can send back their package for any reason. When the package is received, these 14 days begin. Please be aware that you have 14 days to return the shipment to us.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Every item must be sent back to us in a resale-worthy condition that is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags on it. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Direct exchanges are not something we provide. You can return your order for a refund or choose a voucher with an extra bonus if you would like to exchange an item.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR A REFUND?

Refund to Gift Card: Receive a bonus and your refund more quickly! Choose a gift card to receive 15% more value. The quickest method for getting your refund is this one. It usually takes two to three business days for our warehouse to process your return and issue a digital gift card refund. The gift card details, which are good for a year, will be sent to you via email.


Return to the original method of payment: It typically takes seven to ten business days if you decide to get your refund using the original payment method. We process your return within ten working days of it arriving at our warehouse. With the tracking details that came with your shipment, you can follow the progress of your return. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the refund is processed. Please be aware that the refund may not show up in your bank account for up to three days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away for help. Our team will assess your request and select the best solution.

Is there anything I cannot return? 

Any underwear garment. (includes socks)
Perfumes without their original plastic seal intact. 
Certain sale items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund.
Items that have exceeded the 14-day return window. 
Any item returned worn or damaged that has not been previously disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected, rendering the return void and the products destroyed.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you return your package.

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any customs charges (import duty or tax) incurred during returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges related to returning your order. Please keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are unable to cover any issues if you cannot provide a track and trace or proof of shipment.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you wish to return a product, we will begin processing it immediately. This way, we can ensure that your return is processed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as soon as possible. We process returns within 10 working days of receiving them in our warehouse. When the package arrives at our warehouse, you will be able to see it on the track and trace that came with your return shipment. The 10-day working week will then begin. You will receive a message once the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that the refund may not appear in your bank account for up to 7 days.
